| | | Welcome Welcome to the Atlantic Coast Child Welfare Implementation Center (ACCWIC)! We are pleased to be a “Partner for Change” with state and tribal child welfare agencies in Regions III and IV. Region III (Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia) and Region IV (Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Catawba, Cherokee, Choctaw, Miccosukee, Poarch Band of Creek Indians, and Seminole). As a member of the Children’s Bureau Training and Technical Assistance Network, we work with child welfare agencies, to implement strategies to achieve sustainable, systemic change that results in greater safety, permanency, and well-being for children, youth, and families. The purpose of our web site is to share information and updates about our projects, activities and support for our Learning Community. We look forward to an outstanding year for the States and Tribal partners, faculty, staff and students associated with ACCWIC.
